1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Moving Out Clean website and the cleaning booking services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a clean through our site, you agree to these terms. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Moving Out Clean and its local franchise branches. "You" refers to the customer requesting the service.
2. Quotes and estimates
The instant estimate provided by our online estimator is a guide price only. It is based on the property details you enter and does not constitute a binding offer. A fixed final quote is issued by your local team after reviewing your details, typically within 24 hours. The final quote is valid for 14 days from the date issued.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you accept the final quote and provide your preferred date. Payment is due on or before the day of the clean, by bank transfer or card, as agreed with your local team. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked date may incur a charge.
4. Our service
We carry out an end-of-tenancy deep clean in accordance with the checklist published on our website. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional products and equipment. We complete the work to a professional standard and provide a photo report on completion where applicable.
5. Re-Clean Guarantee
If your landlord or letting agent flags anything on the agreed checklist that we missed, we will return and put it right free of charge. This guarantee does not cover areas not included in the agreed scope of work, pre-existing damage, or issues arising from use of the property after the clean.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate property details, ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time, and remove or secure pets and valuables. The property should be emptied of belongings unless agreed otherwise, and utilities (water, electricity) must be available for the duration of the clean.
7. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in the property. Our liability for any damage caused during the clean is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to the value of the cleaning service charged. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Website use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may update or modify the website at any time without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
