Do you defrost the freezer?

Yes — we defrost the freezer where it's safe and practical to do so. If the unit can't be safely switched off or defrosted in the time available, we'll clean what we can and advise.

Do you clean behind or under the fridge?

We clean the interior and accessible exterior. Pulling the unit out to clean behind or underneath isn't included — ask us to add it if you need the full surround cleaned.

Can you remove bad smells?

Most odours come from spilled food and residue, which we remove and then sanitise. Persistent smells from a sealed unit may need the appliance running with a deodoriser afterwards.
